Java moss

Post by The young one on Fri Aug 14, 2009 1:43 pm

Hi, if I attached java moss to two slates, each on one side of a pice of bogwood would it spread onto the bogwood?

Also does anyone know where I can get some java moss?

Thanks in advance
Joe

Heyy i got my Java Moss from eBay thumbup . The Java Moss i have has spread onto all my bogwood and orniments but it took some time to get hold of it. As long as you attach it then it then it should attach. Woth mentioning as well that i have no CO2 in my tank ans it has spread, so the up keep is simple :D

Yea I've been searching through his website but couldn't find any. Sad

I just ordered some plants from him though, and on Tuesday I'm going to get some plant substrate stuff and some black gravel. And that will be the start of my betta tank! :D

Thanks
Joe

Yea, there just happens to be a fishing shop next to the lfs. Smile

I will either get green line or transparent. I'll probably take it off after a while anyway.

Thanks :D

lol, we dont buy it in loose anymore as it doesnt travel well this way, so we get it with on either the bogwood or the sticks. Got sticks going in this Tuesday and they are always excellent and they are covered in the stuff. Great if grown upright.

people have been buying these to tie to their internal and external filter pipes.
