Hope not boring you too much
No......not yet :lol!:
One thing to check? Have you got solid concrete floor or floorboards? If its floorboards you will need to check where the joists are. Should be ok anyway, but if you can place it so it rests on 2 joists it'll safe as houses :D
Whilst you're checking, you could run an extension under the floorboardsHave the electrics coming out the floor and straight into the cabinet......no visible wires
LOL thanks
Ah we are full concrete! LOL Dont need to worry about floorboards which is a good thing being top floor flat

LOL thanks tropical girl! Luckily we have no kids just me being pretty clumsy! This is my very last tank it is! Honest! I have decided if goes in middle of floor may compromise and move Enigma and the khulis from the 5g into one of the slots on this tank and then still only have 4 tanks! Keep the 5g as a quarantine for new arrivals. Right, sand for that tank, a nice heater and thanks to Vans suggesting look into a external filter perhaps, one that I can install easily and wont disarray the betta in that section and be a good filter.

Re: New Tank - Pics added
LOL bad Van don't give her ideas! You will have your gorgeous new betta Friday hon and still got your cute goldies, settle the little girl in and then wait and see
Christmas is not too far now!
WOW pip! 17 tanks! Gee whizz and blimey! Is that including any fry etc?
Have decided I will end up with 4 not 5 by moving Enigma and loaches to the 4 divided tank when set up, which makes me feel less guilty and also because the small tank is under a window lessen the super bad algae it has. Plus Enigma can be seen better so winwin! LOL

Just a quick update, looking at these for suction grip:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Couldnt find dividers big enough only 12"x18". Canvas havent found big enough yet 22" x 13". This is only online hoping locally like Fabricland will have it on the roll.
Also may go for internal fluval series and have a tube going to the section diagonally to help the flow around the four sections as unlike rectangle cant be drawn down one end! Undergravel out as wish to use sand for loaches. External may do if can get one cheap enough, though little worried wouldnt filter enough of the tank through the dividers. Alternative I have seen:

would plan on getting two for opposite corners to maybe increase and ensure filtration. Probably overthinking! I love and hate planning tanks as I do overthink, off to more browsing and to bed! Sorry guys!!!! :yawn3: Hope dont feel too much
with me! Love y'all!

Re: New Tank - Pics added
Almost there!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two weeks till payday and this is go!go!go! I have decided from the other thread that I will be more comfortable with a Fluval 2+ with tube adaption, so will do this with nice 2 inches of sand. Getting 4x 12"x18" dividers by pennplax, 100w heater, decided on the marina spotlights for now with a good bunch of fresh plants. They each will have a little house as all my tanks do! LOL.
So I think I am good to go! Have tank in position will post pic shortly see what you guys think. Also thinking of moving the 3 divided betta tank to a better position in the meantime, either tucked into corner better or kitchen surface, though decided if a kitchen socket could take it. I am most liekly going to tuck it in the corner on the otherside of the GSP tank so not so exposed.
Thanks everyone for all your help and guidance. I will get pics up when it is planted, hope to do you all proud, the front two compartments will be Enigma and from Netty, Onyx! The back two compartments, one will hopefully hold Ziggy (also from Netty if she is still happy
) and then one last one to fill! So Yay!
