Sad I havent had girls but sure it easily happens with all and any fish over food, they can gt a bit competitive. Clean crystal water will help her heal hon.

Females will fight especially when being fed, if you have at least 4 or 5 then they'll be fine.

have you added any new girls - they will fight again to get dominance if there's a change - usually its the lower ranking girls who fight

Before you release her back in again -remove all the girls and re arrange the complete tank then add her them all back in

What size tank do you have? Have they the space for their own terriotorys? Also before re releasing her do what Pip has said. Take them all out and re arrange the tank. Leave them out for 30 minutes before putting them back in.

Oh cool shouldn't be that then. I had a problem with mine due to a rogue male. The girls were fighting even when he had left but removing them for 30 mins and rearranging the tank calmed things down.

Try feed the fish individually if possible then in a few weeks go back to normal feeding all at the same time. Hopefully your girl that was bitten will make a good recovery.

Ah found it:) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The only one that may be a bit suspect is the first one (blue & red) Depends on how she matures.
