80l for how many bettas? Want no fighting!

Ok i have an 80l i will set up this weekend to be a betta tank, i plan to have 3 females will dividers in their own section, but how many bettas can i have without dividers so they dont fight? I cant afford them fighting as i dont have the space to givet hem more tanks. Thankyou.

i currently have 8 females in a 65l there is a bit of fin nipping but only when feeding time

hmmm, i can have no fighting at all, will mess everythong up.
Is it ok to split into 3 sections, 6gals each roughly and have 3 females?

i would just have it as a female tank no diveders the more you have the less they will fight :D

dont need to divide it hun - the females will always nip a bit to start off with as they need to sort out their place in the pecking order - perfectly normal - you could have 8-10 females in 80 litre hun

obviously before any fish are added would wait a week for it to cycle etc. Just wondering pip do you have 5 females? If so how much for a them including p&p? xx

a week for it to cycle it would take longer than that. why dont you just put the fillter media form the old tank into the new tank and then it would alredy be cycled.
