on you profile it says notifie me on replyes (or somethink like that) just untick it.
the same thing happened to me it drove me mental until i figured out how to take it off.

I'm not watching any threads as far as I know. It's all replies to my threads that are coming through. I just went through and rechecked them all to no to make doubly sure. As I did that a couple more emails came along [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I've just unwatched the two threads I seem to have been watching. Heaven only knows how that happened. I think it might stop now. Maybe default sets our own threads to watching? Either that or I inadvertantly hit the 'watch' button lol

go on profile then look on theend one watched threads and it will show you if your watching any.
