Alphie Loves All The Girls! =]

Tonight i was sorting alphies tank out (hes better now :D) and i needed to take him out so i put the breeding net in the girls tank and put him in there for a bit why sorted out his tank. He asuddenly became really happy and loved all the girls crowding round lol! Hes a right flirt to all the ladies Wink

When i was netting alphie out he jumped into the girls tank and starting going very happy, swimming everywhere luckily no-onwe got hurt but angel now fancies him (I didnt watch alphie swim around the tank i was trying to net him but he just got away to fast)! since she started swimming near him shes now shimmering everywhere in the tank, its the happiest iv ever seen her & hes the same but in his little tank! Alphies tank is now right side by side with thev girlas tank and he loves it because he cans ee other fish =]

Haha how cute! its nice that they can see each other but watch he doesnt flare too much in case he splits his fins getting his macho on!! what a lot of us do is to put paper between the two tanks so they cant see each other all day, and then remove it for an hour or two so they can flare and exercise but not over do it!

I also commend you for not thinking "oh they seem happy" and leaving them mixed in together male and females its very sensible of you. Smile

mine usually have a flare a day, but a couple of the boys seem to like seeing each other and dont flare at all....xx

I know the boundries and i wouldnt put my fuish in danger, alphie is so happy watching the girls lol, but he isnt flaring well not much, if hwe flares alot then i will put paper there but so far so good :D

OMG just gone up to see how the bettas are and alphie has made the biggest bubble nest ive ever seen! finally my boy is happy and liking girls lol! :D
