Tee hee!
Only just noticed this.
Would you suggest ADFs? I've been looking for an excuse to get some for AGES.
=D

:D Netty has 2 frogs in her sorority tank, along with some Corys and Khuli loaches. They are doing fine, even though some of the females are quite fiesty and did take an interest in them to start with.
Re: For Assaye:) (i'm psychic)
What loach stylee fish stay small? Fancy something a little more unusual. Got corys in the bigger tank but would definitely look into some dwarf or pygmy corys for the smaller space.
I'm excited about the frogs now! Might have the rescape the tank and add a few more plants, then add the frogs, just so Oz doesn't think he owns the place ^^.

Melly has a couple in with one of her boys Texas and they are doing fine in with him
They are funny little things to watch and so far they are all settled nicely after the first initial staring out by the girls lol

ADF's are the BEST lol. One of mine jumped 3 dividers into wotsits tank the other day and their wasn't a problem. I think it just depends on the temprement of your Betta. For example I'd never ever give Orion any friends
I found they were very shy to begin with but are so active now. They are very cute.

I am actually looking to get ADFs in my Aquarium. I heard they are really good with Bettas, especially phoenix who isn't really a fighter.
Re: For Assaye:) (i'm psychic)
I got my first ADF yesterday! He's teeny and cute. My housemate named him Charlemagne.
Actually, I don't know that Charle is a 'he'. Not sexed him yet.

Re: For Assaye:) (i'm psychic)
Stupid question, but what would be the correct temperament for a betta to have ADF's with? Triton flares at his reflection in the back of the tank all the time and Maru only flares when all the room lights are off except their aquarium ones. But they pay no attention to each other through the dividers and rarely flare at each other. I think Maru is the calmer one of the pair, but I don't know...

Thats a tuff question? Its really a case of trial and error. The only problem with that is you have to be ready to move the frog or whatever into somewhere else if problems arise.

I think Charlemagne is a she.
