Who is the culprit?

Who is the culprit?
Two lamps have gone missing, two have wedge out of tail and so do the guppies, we originally thought the guppies (all male) were at each other, but now two lamps are gone we suspect otherwise....
Suspects:
Angelfish x1
Gouramis x2
Gobies x4
Guppies x5
We really really suspect the gouramis as one is extremely fat and smug looking at the top fo the tank after a small meal of flake, the other one looks normal. We have been told to suspect the angel but it is the size of a coin and would be incapacitated (its belly is barely loaded)..As to the gobies unsure, but tbh dont think so. The guppies have chased each other but it has always been centered on themselves. We love our lamps so may have to consider exchanging the gouramis if so...

The gobies are fairly active but from what I have read pretty peaceful and these particular ones also meant for community, though not an awful lot of information. We have 4-5 IALs crumpled in the tank?

Re: Who is the culprit?
Well as it turns out I was very very wrong. The seller that sold us these still insists they are peacocks, but it turns out they are a sort of purple gudgeon, getting to pretty big sizes and noted they eat smaller fish..Luckily the seller is happy for me to send them back for a refund but she isn't back til next weekend, so thinking of putting them in a 5g by themselves (though the lamps have been moved temporarily back to Calcis tank whilst sort things). Unsure now whether to keep said gouramis or gobies are to blame.. The big goby out of the four had a fat belly this morning...so perhaps it is both. Thanks for all help by the way guys, all my research tells me the angel would have been the problem but he has been as good as gold, guess it goes to show!

Re: Who is the culprit?
Have you got a picture of the Gobys? If they are Purple Gobys, then they will get fairly large and be a threat to anything smaller.

The seller has refunded me in full and left it up to me whether I post them back to her or what (I have asked her what she would prefer with postal strikes etc). We are thinking of moving these to the 5g though all snacks have been moved elsewhere!
