My Betta Tanks - Pic heavy!

Post by lilacamy931 on Tue Oct 27, 2009 7:06 pm

Someone requested this so thought would post my tanks here for hints, tips or ideas (from me to you, or you to me!) So here goes:
First up Gambit, Reno and Tiny Tim (please excuse the collosal snail problem, we are dealing Twisted Evil )

Then Enigma, Onyx, Zippy & Ifrit, odd in this tank as the black substrate sections are doing much better than the white ones even with same plants in.

Calcifers Tank

Thanks guys, got fed up of silks after two particulars kept damaging their fins, no such thing with live now (and love how it looks) check back in 3 months and see if I have any left alive! LOL. Some of the plants are still growing in and hope to add more soon!

Most peeps get on fine with them, but some silk planties have plastic bits and nodules on them which some bettas (not all) catch their fins on. Some never find this others cant avoid it! Calcifer and Rude were the main culprits with silk plants, so much less hastle (in one way) with live lol. They appreciate them more! Very Happy
