are these the wild ones ?
if they are you may need to add some indian almond leaves to the water to lower the ph
a lot of wilds need really low ph

Generally there are no differences between the hardiness of either males or females.

Yes the wild ones. The femail seems to discolor. Like a gray shading like when a snake change the skin. The mails do not get this symptom or so what ever it is. Wery strange i think. But again i not know to much about bettas... Makes me sad to see this.

With them being from the wild it takes a long time for them to acclimatise to "home" water systems
Depending where they came from unless you need to try and copy the water system and enviroment as near as possible - i would say they are stressed due to this
They could also be carrying worms or a bacterial infection
The change of enviroment can bring on stress and thus cause illness in fish
Try and find out where they came from?
Have you got a filter in their tank?
what are the ph , ammonia , nitrite and nitrate readings?
have you got live plants ? - what are you feeding them as they might not be getting the right amount of nutrients - in the wild they would have been eating different foods
