They can recover
Just for those that havent experienced bitten tails, torn fins, or fin rot, a little reassurance that they can grow their fins back just with the aid of clean water and a good diet
Gambit is meant to be a CT when he came to me his tail was an absolute mess and there was no CT elements about him. I may be biased but flaring recently, my boy is growing in size of body and fins and is looking good bless him (I am biased) but hopefully gives little hope to you. My other boy Calcifer who suffered really bad finrot, has also recovered immensely well. Some may not grow back to what they once were but they can recover (thanks to all who have helped me battle this!)
