Yeahh well don't go by my 40l thing per fish, thats the rule they have on another coldwater forum.
Some people would say 100l per fish or whatever.
Well my goldfish will appreciate the space, a proper tank to themselves!

My new 40g has an external. First time i've used one and I'm well impressed:) If your tank has a cabinet then it should be able to hold an external. The thing i like about them is less clutter in the tank and it adds water volume:)

Re: My Christmas Present, A New GoldFish Tank!
They have the tank! I was in the garage very curious because yesterday i saw something that looked like a big box covered by a blanket, so today i went in there had a peek and there it was the juwel rio 125l! I feel bad for looking but now i'll pretend i never saw it! It must be too heavy to put anywhere else, im just so happy its there! I've told my goldfish there new homes here and they keep looking at me like 'why can't we go in our new home now?'
I hate the feeling its right there but i cant use it until a month!

Mind you when I want younger I used to open all my pressies really carefully and then reseal them so it didn't look like they'd been touched [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

*gets far away look* Lots of things like new boots (my mum DOES listen when I ramble about my shopping trips and things I couldn't afford but loved, it seems) And a faaaabulous trenchcoat/mac/coat/vastlyimpracticalandnotatallweatherproofbutjesusit'spretty thingy and other fabulous clothes, also I think there's a new phone but I have no evidence of this, just wishes!

Oooh fabby :D I looove getting clothes as presents, but hate that my parents always buy things that are too big for me! (I have size 4 feet, same as my mum, and yet she always seems to think I'm a 5 or 6, luckily these boots are an exception; correct size, first thing I checked!
)
