Tank Stands?
Hi guys, I need to get a very cheap stand for my tank and as it was a 10g was wondering if normal but sturdy built tables would be any good and what your thoughts were on this?

I would say the 2nd one, looks slighlty more sturday.
But, if you get a piece of polysterene to pop under the tank, it will disterbute the weight more evenly.

Yeh I agree the 2nd one looks much better [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I would be worried the 1st one would buckle as those type haven't got the best construction materials.
I bought a roll of polystyrene from B&Q for a few pounds. Its only a couple of mm's thick and you get loads:)
