sonds like it could be a sign.
are they staying near the surface? or hiding away from other fish?
they shoulfnt eat to many if its only them in the tank. thats why i like endlers they dont eat there fry.

It is just the two females in the tank on their own now, last night one was shuddering and staying close to the ground and then to the surface this morning, i was half expectant last night but nothing so far. The other is still pretty active.

sound like it will be soon then.i find mine tend to have them at sun risethere normally having them as i wake up.

I have watched and cant see either giving birth to more but going to recheck now to see who the culprit is. They are young so not expecting many, off to check! YAYAYAY!

i would still think more than 2 about 10 or so i would have though. my female endlers is about 1" and had 13fry in here first drop.

One does have a huge gravid so she is likely not to have given birth yet? or other way round and it is sign of giving birth?

sounds like the second one then :]if you look really closely you should be able to see the frys eyes through the gravid spot.

Well got 3 fry from them and they are still plump. Got a 3rd female and she ended up giving birth to 15 that i could catch hours after being placed in the tank, yay to frylets

I have them in my giant almighty adapted breeder trap and they are doing well with some microworms
so happy lol
