pygmy corys and apisto
do you think it would work? im not to sure i think the apisto might be a little to agressive for them. i want to take the divider out the 15g since the betta died and i cant really be bothered to get another after all the trouble ive had with them so might just open the tank upand maby get another female apisto aswell.

Hmmmm I havent had aspisto myself but have heard about this aggressive nature, you know your fish but perhaps best to have a back up plan? Cories have armour plating but unsure how it would stand up to one of these guys, how big are the apisto and their mouths and how fast? Would there be enough terrortorial space for the both of them and for the pygmies to escape if on a rampage? Sorry to hear about the betta babes, perhaps down the line try again/?

i dont know there fash and the males mouth must be about 8mm fully open the females is about 4-5mm but shes alot nipper and faster. theres alot of caves and hiding places and i know the pygmy corys are fast so it might work. i might try it and see???. duno if ill try again ive just has so much trouble first with the female i brought 9 them they wouldnt stop fighting so gave them away and the males keep dieing of jumping the divider. thanks :]

Give it ago babes you can always put the divider back in. Might be an idea to take the apisto out, let cories have run rearrange so the terroritories need to be re established by the apisto and see how it goes?
