More questions sorry!
Having a small thought how would this sound for a 17/18g tank with plenty of filtration:
6 bronze cory
6 black schultzei
10 gold lasers
6 caudimaculatus
Aqadvisor says with the filters I would be adding filtration would be 137%
Stocking 124%
Or am I getting the wrong end of the stick?

Re: More questions sorry!
Thanks hon, Im so useless at stocking I use it as a baseline but appreciate actual thoughts. The filtration would be a fluval 3 or 4 plus and a 2plus as secondary filter. Of course plenty of live plants. I do wonder how they would be as the caudis and golds get lost in the community and pea gravel, I think they would fair better in there and if wanted to breed would perhaps try them down the line in secluded tanks. Would a 40% water change weekly be enough?Thank you gratefully for all the help

wouldnt sand be easier then? my cpygmys are getting lost in a 15g lol i cant wait to get more. 40% should be fine with that amount of filteration.

Re: More questions sorry!
I have kept cories on sand and pea gravel and some work better on others. The cories currently on the pea gravel have worked but think they would prefer silky smooth sand to snuffle in much more like my schultzei and caudimaculatus. Whereas my cube tank has proper aquatic sand and my habrosus have slight worn barbels from it so I think it depends..

Well.... the cories on gravel are the larger variety so it works. The aquatic sand is pretty darn sharp as it turns our (have grazed myself before) and it is quite large crystals. The play sand funnily enough is the smoothest of the smooth and no problems yet. It is just such trial and error!
