I'd say get him - if hes not breeding stock it doesnt matter on his age and parentage

Right il go break in the shop now... lol!

My hubby could see how upset i was when i left the shop this afternoon (yes i had a cry), he said i should go get him but i said no as i can be stubborn sometimes!! But now i think about it i want to give him a chance.
Since iv seen him iv been dreaming about him when iv gone to bed...1 weird dream was that i went back & i couldnt see him in his tank where id seen him b4, but when he saw it was me he'd hid himself under the sand & swam up to see me.
I think iv gone betta mad!

Thanks Haych, i just wanted to know how old he is as my last male betta was quite big when i got him. Id say he's younger than my last betta

Well, if you really like him then take a chance and see if he's there before you leave for home. They dont know the answers to your questions because they probably get their stock through a large supplier, so have no idea where it came from or the exact age.

Il need to get him before closing time tonight as they dont open tomorrow its only a small shop. Setting off home tomorrow early anyway, will just have to see.
