Just preparing everything.

Well as most of you know my 100 litre tank needs to be sorted out as at the minute it still has the old sand in there and a bit of water, just dreading the mess its going to make when i need to take the sand out!

Got my red gravel i bought to replace the sand, the heater but i need to buy an external filter and the bits to go inside.

Thinking of sorting it at the weekend while iv only 1 child to look after rather than 3!

What i was wondering was i have a volcano air pump thingy with a multi changing light, as the tank will be set up for female bettas only would they prefer it to be used or not?? The bubbles are quite slow and small so would they be bothered by it, thats all im thinking

When iv sorted the tank to my high expectations!! il post photos of it so you can all see...iv got a picture in my head of what i want it to look like whether it will or not i dont know!

As its for females, they wont mind the bubbles one little bit. In fact they will probably play in them

I found most of my females like bubbles but Lucy got stress stripes ! It wasnt the actual bubbles it was how violent they were.

With the sand when I had to remove mine I just syphoned it out the window and when it dried a bit swept it up lol

Ahhh...sigh of relief!! I was hoping id be able to use my volcano...its relaxing to watch
