Hello all!

Post by Kyte on Sat Jun 19, 2010 12:33 am

Hey everyone,

I have been keeping fish for as long as I can remember, my dad used to have tropical fish tanks when I was smaller and I guess I kinda got the bug. I have kept bettas before, I used to have a a pink crowntail I got from a local pet shop called spike. At the moment, I have a Musk turtle called Dagon (H.P. Lovecraft, they are the "deep one") but I call him chips, 4 zebra danios called Hydra, Pearl, Nero and Leapold Jericho and 2 Guppies called Sakura and Deisel.

I would really love to get back into keeping Betta's again!

I will be asking lots of questions hehe

Kyte~

Hello and welcome
Depending on the tank size i would recommend getting 2 more danios they need to be in groups of 6+.

Hi Kyte.

I like the names of your danios, very cool (or maybe I'm just a Street Fighter geek re: Sakura). I've recently moved on from fancies to bettas. I got my first one a week ago, he's a purple and lilac marble crowntail..sounds similar to your first betta!

I hope you like it here, everyone is so helpful!!! :-)

welcome to the forum Kyte. It's very nice to have you here and hopefully it wont be long before you have another Betta.

Feel free to look through the threads and if there's anything you're unsure about then ask away Very Happy
