Naughty me!!

Iv gone and bought myself a new male! He's a black CT im getting him on wednesday, he's lovely. Il get photos when he settles in, i have no photos of him yet as the seller only showed a video of them.

I feel naughty, but who cares!

No need to feel naughty! I think it helps get over the loss of your other fishy. My two four-year old girls, Cherry and Stripey, had lived together since I got them and died within a week of one another. Cherry went on her own and I euthanized Stripey on Wednesday. On Friday I bought three new little girls, and yesterday I picked up a lovely delta male. While I still miss Stripey and Cherry (who was a tiny red fireball, always feisty and doing her angry betta dance), my new babies have perked me back up. Besides, you can't let those tanks go to waste!

I tried taking pictures, but either I'm not a good photographer or my camera's not a good photographer. I may try again tomorrow. If only those silly fish would tread water for a bit and stay still.

@pumkin...i kinda feel a little guilty replacing her so soon as it was only yesterday she passed. But these fish wont be around for sale forever someone else wouldve bought him if i hadnt!

Congrats Nat!! Did you get one of those black CT's from eBay? My other half showed me the video yesterday but I didn't feel much like paying attention. But they did all look very handsome and healthy. Can't wait to see pics of yours!

Yes Jessie, got a bit of money knocked off too but still wouldve paid full price for him. I suppose he was just trying to make you feel better...but i know what you mean.

I know the feeling too well. I'm sure you will love and cherish him as I would.
