LFS with plenty of beautiful bettas in stock in Cambridgeshire!

Hi guys.

I had a great bit of luck when I decided to do a little travelling (40mins from my house) and visit Maidenhead Aquatics in Scotsdale Garden Centre in Great Shelford, Cambridge. They recently over-ordered their bettas and have around 80 in stock, and the best part is they're mostly HM/RT types and some really nice CT's too! I bought 4 myself, two CT and two HM, I go back to pick them on on Saturday. I'm not 100% certain on the HM types, they all had large round tails but not many were flaring. But all the fish were gorgeous, so if anyone can travel there and is interested in some new bettas, I highly recommend the place!

Just passing on some good lfs betta news if anyone lives near the Cambs area :-) I'll post some pics of the bettas I get from this place at the weekend.

The Maidenhead Aquatics near us are still building their betta barracks, but will be doing CT's I believe.

MA near us is stocking bettas, but really pricey!

MA near me doesnt stock them anymore Jess you lucky thing! lol!

The maidenhead near me have up'd their prices for melase from £4.50 to £14 GBP. Personally, if I was to spend £14, I would buy from a reputable breeder.

I love my little shop in london, I got my last 2 HMs for 7.95, and they look more OHM so bargain, lol.

Good to see MHA doing some nice bettas, usually they have nothing but VTs or CTs around here

Yeah, they had a white/ red dragon PK, a couple of mustard gas HM and deltas, some RT's. Nice selection, shipped in.
