Keeping a Betta active and interested.
I was wondering what I could put in my tank to keep Tatsu interested. He likes to run along the side of his tank and flare at my fish in the tank next to his lol. But what kind of toys or like play things do they like? I know they like hiding and wiggling through things but i'm afraid he will get stuck
What would be good to put in with him other than live plants?
what things do you use?

Re: Keeping a Betta active and interested.
In my male betta tanks i give them a ping pong ball that floats on the top some of them are interested in it and move it around but some dont, so really depends on your betta.
I have a volcano in my sorority tank which blows out bubbles the girls love to swim through the bubbles. One of the small females waits for a bubble to float on the surface of the water them jumps up and pops it. (never seen any of my others do that, very amusing watching her!)

LOL thats great
so far he just tries to challenge my goldfish lol. but he got so upset last night bashing his little body against the rocks. I was afraid he would hurt himself so i put a cloth between them. He seems fine now though. Are there any swim through toys or anything you'd recommend?

coconut caves are great - if you get one with 2 or 3 holes in it, he can use it to swim through
