I dont really want to risk drilling the 150G so i think ill go for something like this so i just have to drill the 15G not the 150G and then im not that bothered if it cracks when im drilling it

Wow, that is awesome! Yeah I wouldn't risk damage to such a huge tank.

I would be gutted if i cracked it. I think i could do it it looks fairly easy but not work the risk IMO. Now ive just got to work out how i can make a lid to fit around that.

.....I would have NO idea O.o
I say get that Gladlock or whatever press-n-seal stuff they use to cover food with instead of using normal plastic wrap?? Just press that onto the edges and poke a ton of holes all over it! Hehe. It sticks strong till you peel it off and it's a clean peel.
I've thought about doing that for my fish lids :P that would be kinda funny actually.

That looks like a tank with a lot of potential. You're going to have weeks of fun setting that up.
On another note, it's good that you decided against the divider. You would have had I don't know how many bottom feeders all crammed into 2 square foot. Once the BN fry are a decent size, they can always move into this tank to grow out ;-)

Yeah i think it will look alot better without the divider aswell. It shouldnt be to much longer. Ive spent the day running a wire the length of the garage so i can have a plug next to the tank. Ive got all the fittings and bits i need to make the sump so its just the lid left then i can get it up and running.
