Thats a great shape for a spawning tank not to deep so you dont loose loads of water volume when you only fill it to 6". Thats the great thing about clear seal tanks.

The only thing i dont like about clear seal tanks is that they dont come with a proper hood and light, just the rubbish plastic lid...probably what makes them so cheap!

Exactly. although because of the little glass bits on the in side (not sure what there called) there easy to make lids for. All i did for a old 24x12x12" one i had was get to bits of wood half the width of the inside hinged them together and fitted a light to the back panel and a handle to the front panel so you just light the front up to do anything.
