Three free catfish

I got given thes for free today at my LFS. Unfortunately only one of them is suitable.
Akysis prashadi-only gets to 2.5" so would be eaten if i put it in the 150G once set up

Mystus castaneus-from asia so wont fish in with the SA bitope im going for.

and another little banjo catfish which will be the one that stays. Hes akot smaller but hopefully i will see more of them now i have 2

Why did you bring them home if you don't want them? Just couldn't resist
free cats? lol! Hopefully someone will take them off your hands I would,
but I'd have to charge you! lol!

I didnt know what they where the only one i knew was the banjo. Plus i can still give them a home for a while and thought i may as well take them incase they would work and if not i can try and sell them and get some money and probebly a better home than what they would get through the LFS. and you know what im like with cats how could i say no. I really do wish i had the space. The mystus will get to about 20cm and i looked for one for agers and now i finally get one i have no room. The Akysis arre quite rare aswell so its a shame i dont have the room because there something a little bit different to the normal cats.
If you can collect your welcome to have them haha

I'll buy my passport and book a flight straight away. lol! It takes about 60
days for a passport.

A friend of mine says if I get a passport he'll buy me a round trip ticket to the
Phillipines. I would only have to pay for my room and food which is about $20 a day to live like a king..

Well, to be truthful he wants me to sneak some money there. I want my

Someone was bringing them back to the lfs. They where waiting to give them to one of the people that work there and i over heard them talking about bringing them back and saw the banjo so i asked him could i take them instead of him giving them to my lfs i explained about the 150G and bits so he let me have them for free cheers

Im really anoyed i cant keep the Akysis prashad1 though because they are quite rare and would be perfect for a small tank.

Don't you have a smaller tank lying around? If not, could you afford to get a smaller tank? It would be a shame to give him up when you seem so fond of him.

I still can't believe I didn't check when he was bagging them. I was so caught up in looking at everything else, and when you reserve 4 DPs, you think you're going to come home with 4 DPs. These lads have actually worked out to be a lot cuter and personable, now that they've stopped worrying me, so best mistake ever. Smile

There is 1 that is already ridiculously friendly. I was rearranging the plants earlier on after adding some more moss balls and he was everywhere that my hand was. He's the first to come for food too. Wee cutie.
