Very pretty tank, love the tree root. I wouldn't worry about seperating them all and sitting them in containers for a few days, as they'd be more comfortable in the filtered and heated tank. I'd just make sure to put them in all at the same time so they don't get overly territorial. The only meds I add to a tank when new fish are introduced is Myaxazin, which is anti-bac meds, just as a precaution incase any of them are secretly sick, although hopefully they won't be.
If the tank is cycled then definately pop them all in and let them work it out between them. Sometimes there is some flaring and chasing maybe some nipping for a few days, and you can't do much to prevent it, just let them settle in and usually it simmers down. I heard the first 48 hours are the worst in a sorority! Your tank looks really good, and it sounds like they have lots of hiding spots. The only other thing I could suggest is maybe add some more tall plants in the middle of the tank, just to break the line of sight. Touch wood I've never had any problems from day one with aggression in my sorority, so not all females are tigers :-) They'll always be some chasing and flaring, but that's normal, mine do it sometimes and never hurt each other, I think they enjoy it LOL.

I would get some tall plants and pop them in the middle of the tank front to back, making a sort of natural divider. This will break up their line of sight and should help to reduce aggression. You will get some squabbling though, so be prepared.
You could add some Myxazin as this can be used as a general tonic.

I was going to add a low dose of salt. Also the filter blends into the background so it looks more empty than it is. I was going to go ahead and get some more tall plants

To my knowledge & as far as pecking order goes, more the better. Obviously don't overstock your tank but y'know what I mean.

I would try and get some floating plants like amazon frogbit just to give them some more cover near the surface. I dont see the point in adding meds to the tank when you get them. I just dont see the point in exposing them to chemicals when theres no need but thats just my opinion and i know other people will disagree. I would go for 5 to spread out agression. Try and get them small aswell so they grow up together

I can def do that kizno. I have an older female who will be going in but the rest will be babies. And I was just going to use anacharis and float it

Sounds good. Just make sure she doesnt bully the smaller ones to much. Maybe give the small ones a few hours to settle in first before adding here.

Again i dont really see the point in adding it for no reason there freshwater fish they require no salt at all and TBH adding it for no reason will probably do more harm than good.

YEah Naomi can be a bully ... So i put TONS of plants and hiding spots and I'll give them 1/2 an hour first.

Well thats just my opinion but its up to you really. If a fish does get ill then yeah treat it but i just dont see the point exposing them to meds/salt when theres no reason for it.

I agree with Kizno about the salt. It's an irritant. Bettas naturally come from waters with low mineral content, adding salt adds minerals. If they become ill, then treat :-) If they're healthy, you save yourself some trouble. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." ;-)

Ok I won't add the salt and can I use an airstone like tons of bubbles to break the line of vision?
