What type of cave is it? I find they breed best in longer caves like slate caves. With good food and water im sure they will spawn in no time. Mine spawn every 3 weeks and its harder to stop them spawning than to get them to spawn.

Shocked They do get quite old as with most catfish. Ive heard of them living over 10 years.
Thats the same as my pair the males Albino and the females Brown. If they breed all the fry will be Brown but have the recessive albino gene.
