Would it be ok?

Would it be ok?
I am currently Planning a ADF species tank. Three little african dwarfs in a heavily planted tank. I was also planning on adding a trio of ghost shrimp. My dilemma is I currently have a non aggressive female who is housed in my 5 gallon with a few other fish. Would it be ok to add her for a little movement? She wont feed at the bottom with them and is easily distracted so I could syringe feed the little ones. But Is it ok to feed her or should i leave it as a species tank? I know they have trouble they have eating which is whats concerning me.
PS its a ten gallon planted, heated and cycled. With a ten gallon power filter ( causes no current or vibration so its great for the frogs and bettas)

Re: Would it be ok?
Just get some long tweezers rather than a syringe to feed the frogs and it'll be fine, even if the female tries to take food from them while you're feeding they can move quite quickly when they need to and will just shove her away, mine do
Hopefully the shrimp will be too big to be eaten by the frogs.
